The human body is 60% Water and 4/5 (80%) of Americans don't drink enough water!

Adults should drink 8 glasses of water per day or ½ their body weight in ounces in water. This equals about 2 liters, or half a gallon of water per day.   

 

Water helps deliver oxygen to the body, lubricates joints, reduces wrinkles, regulates body temperature and blood pressure, supports healthy digestion, prevents kidney damage, boosts exercise performance, enables the body to digest nutrients, and helps maintain weight.
